Brian Anthony Blacknell, of Panton Place, admitted a sexual touching charge after he twice groped her breast over her clothing. The defendant, who entered Flintshire Magistrates Court at Mold with a walking aid, was placed on three-year supervision order and will be on the Sex Offenders Register for five years. Magistrates also ordered him to pay £85 costs. The court heard he had befriended the victim and at his home he asked her if she had ever had sex. Blacknell denied prosecution allegations he had asked her to take her top off.; [Source Record]; Certainty Unknown ('4')
