1. (Research):Death index has a Frederick died aged 64 (this Frederick should have been 66 in 1870). This could be Frederick 351 baptised 1807 if, for example, he was born 1806; [Note Record]
2. (Research):Miriam was christened (daughter of Frederick & Eliza Freer) the same day as her cousin Pharoah Watts in Quorndon. Miriam was listed as Miriam Watts (not Freer) when staying with her grandfather John Watts in 1841. The 1841 census shows she was born 1826 (so baptised aged 10), two years before her parents marriage in 1828. Miriam's marriage certificate to WIlliam Cramp in 1846 shows her father's name as Frederick Freer. Miriam's maiden name in Charles Cramp's birth certificate is Watts not Freer. Conclusion is that Miriam was Miriam Watts (illegitimate daughter of Frederick Freer, her father, and Eliza Watts, her mother).; [Note Record]

4. (Research):Possibly surname is Cartirght as pointed to by another online tree. However, Jane Cartright & William Freer marriage in 1859 is in Lutterworth. Jane's age given as 35 which is 5 years out from 1861 census; [Note Record]
5. 1861 census gives place of birth as Cinder HIll, Notts which is adjacent to Basford; [Note Record]
6. (Research):There is only one William Freer born 1860, yet listed twice in 1861 census - once with his parents William & Jane; and secondly with his grandparents Frederick & Eliza.; [Note Record]
