1. BLACKNELL - BRIAN ANTHONY, 7th August 2015. Peacefully in hospital, aged 75 years, formerly of Lloyd's Crescent, Tremostyn. Loved son of the late Frank and Freda Blacknell and dear brother of Ron. Funeral Service will be held at Whitford Parish Church on Wednesday, 2nd September at 2.00 p.m., followed by Interment at the Churchyard. Brian Anthony Blacknell, of Panton Place, admitted a sexual touching charge after he twice groped her breast over her clothing. The defendant, who entered Flintshire Magistrates Court at Mold with a walking aid, was placed on three-year supervision order and will be on the Sex Offenders Register for five years. Magistrates also ordered him to pay £85 costs. The court heard he had befriended the victim and at his home he asked her if she had ever had sex.
